Every factual claim — loan limits, eligibility rules, program terms, economic indicators — links to a primary source: HUD, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHFA, CFPB, U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, FEMA, or the Federal Reserve. We do not cite secondary sources when a primary source is available.
Authorship
Every article has a human byline and a loan officer reviewer, each with an NMLS registration visible on their team page.
Updates
We track when underlying data changes and update affected articles accordingly. Every page shows a “last updated” date.
No rates on the site
We do not publish interest rates, APRs, or price quotes on this site. Rate discussions are educational. Personalized quotes come from licensed Arkansas loan officers who can assess individual scenarios.
